- What is a credit?
- 1 credit identifies 1 card. The same credit covers candidate suggestions, condition + centering estimate, and printing match.
- What if I scan multiple cards in one photo?
- You pay 1 credit per card detected. A photo with five cards charges five credits. Failed scans (where we couldn’t identify anything) are refunded automatically.
- Do unused subscription credits roll over?
- Yes — up to 2× your monthly cap. Anything above is dropped at the next billing cycle. Pack credits never expire.
- What if I run out mid-month?
- Top up with a one-off pack any time, or upgrade your tier. Pack credits stack with your subscription and are spent after sub credits.
- Can I cancel?
- Anytime, in one click from your billing page. Your remaining credits stay usable until they expire.
- Is VAT included?
- Yes. EU prices are VAT-inclusive (Belgian consumer law). You will see the same number on your invoice.
